Pack up on the essentials for your next event with the practical function of this standard cross base. Our standard cross base is a very sturdy and durable black metal cross base with a silver rotor that the pole sits on. The rotor is identical to the rotor on the ground spike that the hardware kit comes with. This cross base does NOT come with a water bag. It’s designed to provide a strong support system for teardrop and half-drop banner hardware. Keep flags and banners upright and blow away your customers and not your display. Use this set to safeguard your advertisement wherever you go. Please note that this cross base is NOT recommended for our 12′ and 15′ banners due to the weight of the banner. The water tank (item# PTH-BASE01) is the only portable option recommended for those sized banners. ⚠ Prop 65 WARNING
